Registration
1. Complete and submit registration information.
2. Submit payment in full via Venmo to laura-canfield-6 ($400.00) or personal check ($400.00). Each additional sibling is $375.
Mail to LRC Stage Productions, 15 Ouimet Ln, Foxboro, MA 02035.
Payment may also be broken into two payments: 1) $200 (non-refundable) due at registration; 2) Remaining balance due by Sept 1st.
3. Download and bring the Waiver Form and Medical Form to the audition. The performer cannot be accepted to the production without these forms.
